Alex Lithgow, Owner of PCOM
Alex Lithgow, owner of PCOM, has provided commercial leasing and management services, primarily in the Bay Area, since 1994. PCOM currently manages approximately 450,000 square feet of multi tenant commercial office and retail space.
Our dedicated staff has been with us for close to 18 years. Se habla Espanol.
Sharon Jandik, Communications
Sharon has been with PCOM since 1998. She is very effective in making sure there is good follow-up with both tenants and vendors. Over the years, we have received many compliments from both building owners and tenants as to how professional, diligent, and cheerful Sharon is to work with. We are lucky to have her on our staff!
Joey Parker, Office Manager
Joey manages all of the account payables and maintenance requests from tenants. He also handles the account receivables and management of large tenant improvement projects. He is responsible for—and very good at—procuring multiple competitive bids from vendors to make sure we obtain the highest quality services at the most cost-effective prices. Joey is well-organized and highly responsive. We're fortunate to have him work with PCOM.
